    Tax planning is a great way to stay ahead in the game, and allows you to financially plan for the end of the year, or for retirement. We pride ourselves in working with our customers to avoid large tax bills at the end of the year by implementing strategies that benefit you.

  • Fractional CFO

    Virtual or In-Person (in the area) Quarterly or Monthly CFO services for companies that need financial reviews, reports, or tax planning strategies. This also includes help with Workman’s Comp Audits.

    *Hourly rates apply without a contract

  • Bookeeping Setup/Cleanup/Integration projects

    Messy books? Or just not caught up for tax time or loan needs? Let us help you get it all sorted, the right way! This is a specialty of ours!

    *All of these projects are done on an HOURLY basis and will be billed at the current hourly rate of $250.00/HR

    Form Preparation and filing for new businesses is billed on a per form basis of $250.00/Form This is a Lawyer Involved Service we are happy to offer!

  • Training in Quickbooks Online

    Put the power back in your hands as a business owner, and learn how to operate within QuickBooks Online, whether it’s Projects, General Accounting or Payroll. Get more done internally the right way.

    Virtual or In-Person sessions are booked and paid in advance at a minimum hourly rate of $300.00 - Or contracted for larger audiences.

    *Includes continued support after training.

  • Other Services

    All other services are priced on an hourly rate or package rate based on the clients needs and will be determined during a consultation!

  • Notary Services

    In-Person Notary Services $5.00. (Chippewa Valley, Menomonie, Eau Claire, Altoona - only)

There will be times when a client is given rates that differ from what they see listed and we kindly remind everyone that our rates are based on the complexity of the work, or billed at an hourly rate. Our listed hourly rate is valid for thirty days following the last update, and may not be accurate unless you are within that thirty day period.
