Form Preparation and filing for new businesses is billed on a per form basis of $150.00/Form

Virtual or In-Person sessions are booked and paid in advance at a minimum hourly rate of $300.00

Other Services
All other services are priced on an hourly rate or package rate based on the clients needs and will be determined during a consultation!

Notary Services
In-Person Notary Services start at $5.00 and increase with travel distance if necessary. (Wisconsin only)

All pricing and fees listed on this website are subject to change based on market rates and can only be relied on as a basic estimate, not a set price. There will be times when a client is given rates that differ from what they see listed and we kindly remind everyone that our rates are based on the complexity of the work, or billed at an hourly rate. Our listed hourly rate is valid for thirty days following the last update, and may not be accurate unless you are within that thirty day period.
Each individual client (person or business) is eligible for ONE free 30 minute consult only.
